I have not been adjudged bankrupt or insolvent or compounded with my creditors and I am not currently subject to disciplinary Procedures.

Misleading or attempting to mislead the Institute on any point will be deemed an act of and may render the candidate, if admitted, liable to disciplinary proceedings.

I apply to become a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and agree to abide by the Institute’s Act 105 of 1992, and by the rules and regulations in force at the time of my application and subsequent rules and regulations which may thereafter from time to time be made by Council of the Institute. Any breach of the Rules may give rise to disciplinary procedures and termination of my membership.
